      There is a need to solve mold problem, because it can be a big problem, to us and our family. So, there is a need to remove the mold to be healthy. The mold happens after water damage and it can be improve so fast. There are many kind of the mold. One of them is more than 100 square feet, and another less than it.        Mold Inspections need to be performed by a qualified mold inspector. Mold inspector has to have formal training and experience with mold inspections. It is a necessary to have them. There is evidence of past or current mold growth for looking for mold inspections. Past mold growth indicates a water problem which comes back when certain conditions return such as a recurring leak. And it also cause sensitized individuals to have an allergic reaction or cause some individuals to start becoming sensitized to mold. 
      There are areas where mold growth is undesirable, including areas where mold growth could be causing structural issues such as wood decay in crawlspaces. So, mold inspections should look for mold within the building, inside walls and the areas which mentioned. Water is caused for mold growth. Consequently, if there is mold growth, it must be associated with a source of moisture. So, if this source of moisture is not found and eliminated, the mold growth will return and remediation efforts are of negligible long term value.
